1. Product outline

SHUANGCHONGWANG G506 is an intelligent, digital and mobile electrical power, one of Caige Company series products. It introduces American high efficiency integrated circuit, voltage digitally adjusted technology, charging methods like charged beforehand, charged isobaric ally or by fast eternally fixed current. The service life of the inset chargeable battery can be prolonged by the powerful security protected; overall heat adjusted and cut off functions.

Two charging modes can effectively solve the problem caused by different charging interfaces of digital products.

G506 has broad compatibility because of its three choices of output voltage gears.

Durable battery with large capacity can be used as emergency standby one for business trip, travel and fieldwork and so on. It can avoid charging and discharging excessively, short circuit and overloading. Its outward appearance has novelty structure, ingenious idea and exclusive patent.

4. How to use

The charger has two charge modes, output-wire-charge mode and battery-charge mode.

1)To charge built-in storage batteries.

1)      Set the charge mode switch to ON.

2)       Plug the external DC source in the charge input interface.Red LED() indicates an insufficient charge. Green LED indicates a full charge.

3)       Disconnect the external DC source when the charging is finished.

2)To directly charge digital products such as mobiles.

1)      Set the charge mode switch to ON.

2)      Choose the voltage matching the charged. Adjust the switch. The related LED will light.

3)       Charge by connecting one end of the provided output wire to the charge interface and the other end to the converter matching the charged digital products such as mobiles. The charged products are indicated as in charging status at this time.

4)       Disconnect the charged and the output wire when the charging is finished.

3)To charge a battery by built-in battery.

1)      Set the charge mode switch to ON.

2)       Adjust the voltage with a reference to the instructions or the nameplate of the charged battery. (The voltage of a DV battery generally is 8.4V while a mobile battery 4.2V.)

3)       Adjust the space of the chare probe according to the space between anode and cathode of the charged battery.

4)       Press the spring slice and plug the charged battery correctly.

5)       If the products protection appears after the battery plugged, just take out the charged, set the polarity switch to ON or S/W, readjust the voltage and plug in the charged.

6)       Take out the battery after the charging is finished (Normally it takes the battery 2 to 3 hours to be fully charged.)

4)To charge a battery with DC.

Note: this charge mode is only suitable to 3.7V Li-ion batteries.

1    Set the charge mode to S/W.

2    Repeat steps from 3) to 5) in To charge a battery by build-in storage battery.

5. Points for Attention

1) Please charge the built-in battery first before using the product.

2) Prevent fire.

3) Do not expose the unit to rain or moisture.

4) Do not use the unmatched plug for the unit charged.

5) Make sure the output voltage is adapted to the rated voltage of the battery charged. The voltage 6) cannot be adjusted during charging.

7) The electrode switch of this product is set as ON when launched, showing it is the anode+)on the left of the point. In case of short circuit protection, please switch to S/W to reset.
